Dear Mr Shah, The results of my operation six weeks ago for a Macular Hole and torn retina were far beyond my expectations. I had found watching television very frustrating because faces were unrecognisable and reading was becoming impossible. But the vision is now so good in my left eye that I find it difficult to remember just how bad it had become. I cannot thank you enough, you have given me the chance to lead a normal life again.
