Having struggled with a dense cataract for some time, my initial appointment with Mr Shah gave me confidence in him right from the start, through the time taken to answer my questions and run through the steps ahead. His team undertaking the pre-op eye tests were very kind, explaining what they were doing, all very professional but with understanding of me being a slightly nervous patient! The cataract operation itself was painless, just a little pressure here and there but nothing of concern. I was kept well informed throughout each step of the process, constantly reassured by Mr Shah and the staff, who would regularly check I was feeling ok. Post op, the results were immediate and amazing. The world is a much brighter place, my sight both for office work and distance is great. No need to wear lenses or glasses now, after many years of needing both. It’s so liberating! My grateful thanks to Mr Shah and his team at the Little Grove and the hospital…a first class team!
